Baked Potato Wedges

Potato Wedges are delicious, seasoned, wedged potatoes, that have been roasted or fried, for everybody to enjoy. These potato wedges are baked in the oven, and remind me of the potato wedges my dad used to make when I was growing up. The recipe is simple, and pretty straightforward, the hardest part is waiting for them to finish baking!
