Banana Oat Smoothie




Smoothies are a great way to get lots of nutrients all at once. This smoothie is packed full of vitamins and minerals, healthy fats and protein, and is perfect for those picky eaters in your life (my toddler really enjoyed this smoothie).



Ingredients:


1/2 Banana

1 Cup Diced Mango

1/4 Cup Oats

1 Tbsp Tahini 

1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

3 Tbsp Flax Seed

1 Tsp Maple Syrup (optional)

1/2 Cup Water 



Method:


Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
